• All payments must be made through approved channels. CELEBOOKING is not responsible for payments made outside of our official process.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• In the event of a cancellation by the talent, CELEBOOKING will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or find a suitable replacement.
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific terms of your agreement.

Clients must provide accurate event details, honor agreed terms, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for the talent. Any misuse, misrepresentation, or breach of contract may result in cancellation without refund.

All content on the CELEBOOKING platform—including text, logos, graphics, and media—is the property of CELEBOOKING or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CELEBOOKING shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific booking.
